Company Does NOT back its product
This product works well for a year. Then it stopped. It is warrantied for 5 years. When I called for a replacement, they gave me an endless run-around. I needed to do this, that, and another thing, including paying a technician to check A/C unit and voltage. All done at $200+ expense. Then I needed an "extender" that boosted my Wi-Fi (even after I explained that the Wi-Fi and the thermostat had worked well for a year). I would never recommend this company or this product to anyone.
