App doesn't work on Amazon streaming devices.
Terrible! Doesn't work on any of our Amazon devices. I think the problem is with Amazon and not Disney+ because the App works on our other streaming devices that aren't Amazon products. I keep getting the same messages either Error Code 83 or unable to connect to Disney+. I've tried running self-fix actions as well such as uninstalling and reinstalling the app and resetting my home Wi-Fi. I even did a factory reset on my tablet and it still won't work. This is totally unacceptable.
