Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I usually wait a couple of months to review a product but this one needs to be reviewed now. I bought this because my boyfriend loves popcorn and normally buys the pre-made bags. I thought that this might be a better option. Couple of problems: 1. Popcorn kernels pop out all the time. I've tried angling it back but they still come out, at very hot temperatures. It's almost a game to catch and pop them back in without feeling the heat. 2. It takes longer to wait for them to pop than it does to make a pre-made bag in a microwave. 3. Since it takes such a long time for the kernels to pop, it actually melted the butter dispenser on the top. We're still keeping it because of the few kernels that don't pop from the microwave but we probably won't use it as our main popcorn provider.
