Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

It says 4TB but is actually---> 3.68 not full 4TB most external drives are this way BUT they usually would on the lines of 3.8 or 3.9 this is low compare to the actual 4 that I couldn't over look it. HOW EMBARRASSING! When you're spending you either expect 4TB! I mean you're talking hundreds of GB less. If you were to google TB to GB it is 1TB is 1,000 GB BUT 1 TB is actually 1.024GB if you research further. SO MY 4TB should be 4,096 GB NOT--> 3,680 ! WHERE IS MY 416GB? If we were to estimate which seems a cheap way of saying I'm scamming you...then it should be 4,000! so IF we're ESTIMATING then I'm still missing 320GB AND THAT'S A LOT!!! Am I really complaining about nothing? I really don't believe so!
