I was really excited to get this and to start growing herbs. But I opened the box, followed the instructions closely and set this up. I added water to the fill line and added fertilizer. Then I pressed the leaf button once to reset the fertilizer button and nothing happened. The fill water button also remained on even though I filled it to the fill mark. I could turn on and off the grow light by pressing the button, so I know I was doing that right. Ok, so I tried to call customer service and selected the option to speak to someone about seed pods. Not too long of a wait, but he said he couldn't help me and didn't want to give me the wrong information. He transferred me to another line and I ended up listening to annoying jazz music for 30 minutes (my phone has a timer). At this point, I decided to just move on and return the garden to Amazon. Beware customer service.
