I am one of the original backers for their Kickstarter campaign. I bought two. I have a boy who is almost 4 and a girl who is 8 years old. My son has been asking for his Dino since he found out i was buying him one (all the way through production) The Dinos came and they both worked well...kind of. There are alot of things you say to them that they don't understand and I do not believe they can learn your child's interests. Then one of them (my son's) started to go haywire. The start up music started to play over and over again and it kept asking to be connected to the wifi. On top of that the batteries were dead inside of two days. This type of a toy is going to be in constant use by a child and wifi drains batteries. Why would they use batteries and not a rechargeable solution like literally every other electronic device nowadays. So upset, he wanted this sooo bad and now I'm just waiting for the other shoe to drop and the other one to stop functioning as well. They took quite a while to test this toy I really thought we were going to get an A+ product. Not only that, I have tried to get in touch with the company via their Kickstarter page and nada. No personal message, nothing. I understand they are probably busy due to the toy just being launched but this is ridiculous. They should have people dedicated to customer service, especially for the people who helped get them there. Its launch; and every new product is going to have some bugs. But to have no support is really inexcusable.
