I just Purchased the Jackery 240 Explore, to be on an upcoming trip, to power my CPAP machine. The user guide clearly states that the battery can run a CPAP from between 6 - 20 hours. Well I fully charged the battery and tested it last night (at home), to see how it would work with my CPAP (which was using approximately 80 W of power). The only output I had turned on, was the AC plug outlet. I woke up a little over four hours later and found my CPAP had turned off. I looked at the Jackery display and the battery level was at 0%. I then checked the CPAP log, which showed it had run for only four hours. I am giving this device a one star rating, because it did not even keep my unit running for the minimal time listed in there user guide (see attached). I did try to contact the manufacturer, and was forced to leave a message, with my number and email address and sent an email as well. I did not get a call back. I only received a text message, which gave me instructions on how to return the unit. Really? I would have hopped they would have contacted me, with information or tips on how I could extend the battery life. Pretty disappointed so far.
