I do love this cleaner. I think it's powerful and really pulls up the dirt. But wow, I have returned TWICE and now I am on my THIRD one (in a month) The first one was perfect until a little plastic peice fell off during my first use. The second did not heat as it would dry, something I noticed right away because the first one dried really well and had a heating element of sorts. The third one is the same as the second one with no heating element. I am really frustrated.
