5'9" - fits under desk fine
UPDATE: Found the noise, or part of the problem. After maybe 40 minutes of use at home and 20 minutes at work, there are black marks on the base under the right wheel, and the right pedal and all the bars attaching it are way off center compared to the left pedal. I thought maybe the other people's issues with this thing's construction were exceptions, but apparently not! Customer service is decent, but ultimately it's a poor product. The replacement I received was equally as bad, and we ended up just throwing this away. Original review: I like this - it fits under my desk at work, and I can feel it working my legs. :) It's about as quiet as I could expect it to be, but sometimes after a few minutes, there's some kind of noise coming from the right wheel. I can't figure out what it is, exactly, but any pressure on the right peddle eventually leads to the kind-of clicking noise. When peddling at a mid-speed, it's a bit louder than my crappy baseline, work-issued Dell + EO diffuser, but being in a full-height cubicle helps dampen the sound a lot. For reference, I'm 5'9", short torso/long legs, and almost didn't get this because some of the reviews saying this would not likely fit under a desk. I have a Veridesk, so my keyboard is raised, vs sticking out below my standard desk height. I only have 1-2" clearance between my knees and the desk when this thing is at its highest cycle position. I can't sit as close to my desk as I'd normally like to, but it's still easy to be comfortable and get work done. The one thing I would say to be aware of with this is that, while working, typing, my tendency to slouch increases. It takes a little bit of thought to peddle, sit up straight, and actually type/work until I can do it out of habit.
