This hair dryer is defective. It blew out alternating hot and cold air while on the hot air setting. When I looked into the vent it looked like a spark kept appearing and I was afraid it would either blow a circuit or start a fire. This was a cheap dryer. Now I know why. I also bought the regular sized Revlon dryer and it worked normally.
