I carefully studied the photo of the BLACK SAFFIANO LEATHER MK LARGE JETSET BAG WITH GOLD CHAIN HANDLES that I bought from this seller. I even wrote to the seller and ASKED THEM TO CONFIRM if the bag would be exactly as shown. I needed to know if the round MK logo charm was attached to the bag permanently AS SHOWN, or if it would simply be hung on the bag by a removable strip of 'leather' with a slit cut in it for attaching like a luggage tag. I didn't want the luggage tag look. I wanted the style AS SHOWN with the permanently attached logo charm. --- AND THE SELLER ASSURED ME THAT I'D BE GETTING EXACTLY WAS WAS SHOWN, WHICH WAS WHAT I WANTED. --- I took screenshots of the bag for sale & the photo of the bag in my online receipt after I paid. --- The bag arrived, and it NOT what I wanted & asked for. The round logo is just hanging from removable strip, and it's coated canvas with PVC, not leather. --- I have tried contacting the seller, but they won't reply. I am VERY disappointed. I must now go thru the complex process of trying to return it, while a big chunk if my hard earned money is in their pockets. Buyer Beware. I don't even think the bag is authentic. After all, anyone can print out a Michael Kors price tag & attach it to an item with a tag gun, plus they misrepresented it in their stolen stock photo. I actually ordered TWO of this exact bag from 2 different sellers who both assured me it would be exactly as pictured,, and they BOTH LIED. --- I feel like I have been robbed by bandits. (Now watch them remove my review as soon as they read it)
