We recently had a P300 stop working properly. We contacted "Tom" at PLATINUMLED, and informed him of the problem, and explained that the light was barely three (3) years old. (The lights are suppose to be under warranty for five (5) years.) I was instructed to run a test on the lights, which I did. It showed that the light board was not working properly. He told me to send him Proof Of Purchase, The Code Off Of The Light, and My Address. Which I have done. It has been well over a week, and still no response. I sent him e-mails, still no response. The main reason for us buying these lights was the warranty. In my opinion, these lights are no better, or worse, than most LED Lights being sold by other retailers. But the other LED lights cost a fraction of the amount that you pay for these lights. Plus, most of the other LED Lights, carry a three (3) year warranty. So in conclusion, I CAN NOT recommend these lights! If they do finally decide to honor their warranty, I will update this review.
