I don't know what the heck is wrong with this unit style, but, I'm done. Bought 2 and returned 2-due to not brewing, both less then 2 weeks old. Second one, It did not even last to the third brew date. Like a one cup coffee, but will look into a different brand name. Save you time and money and hassle it takes in sending it back.
