Let me start by saying, I have absolutely NO problem with this lipstick. In fact, Besame is one of my favorite lipstick brands. The colors are beautiful, the consistency is creamy with a beautiful matte finish and the packaging is lovely. The reason I only gave this one star is because of the problem I had with the idiots running the shipping department! I ordered Noir Red and they shipped me Dusty Rose FOUR TIMES!! I finally got fed up and had to order direct from the company. I thought I would be able to use my Prime Membership and skip the shipping costs. I didn’t know it was going to cost me a drive to the UPS store to return all of their bungles! In conclusion, definitely get this lipstick, it’s totally worth it, just buy it from the company direct!
