I had hopes of enjoying my new Ultimate Sack after looking at the pictures of couples and family on their Ultimate sack, however, my sack did not look like their sack. I reached out to the company and they said that I needed to wait 3-5 days however after a week my sack was not "Ultimate" it was "Meh" at best. When I sit on the bag, my butt literally hits the floor. My sack is still not as tall as my foot stool sack. I think that my sack is lacking much foam and needs more to put a smile on my face like the people in the picture. I initially gave them 1 star but I now give them 2 stars because at least the company replied to my initial correspondence. Overall, I am very disappointed in my purchase. And I warn others of doing the same.
