I don't normally review this soon, because when i review, i make sure i have the full experience, but I'm really disappointed with his one. I got this within a week and started using it along with my other home workout stuff. I was really excited because this had been unavailable for so long and i accidently checked it again and there was one left! So i bought it right away. Shipping/Delivery was slow but understandable. I watched the demo video Everytime i work out and each time i get a little more upset. #1 this thing is so light! Which maybe it's a good thing but really, you can't trust it when you are doing abs and pulling up, the lower back support kinda follows. I am a female 165 lbs, my thighs and butt are really big so i can barely sit on this thing, but ok, let's keep trying. #2 i sit and flat my back on the back support and use the 2 resistance bands to do the arm (refer to the demo workout of this company) the support is so uncomfortable, that my neck takes the stress from the workout. I watched the video closely, she was also looking uncomfortable. I've used this 4x now and i feel tiredness on my neck part because of this. I knew it was feeling wrong. #3 resistance bands, i have been using the red (advanced) band when i do tricep and it's like there still no resistance. I think it's strong but it's too long i think. It's just not helping. #4 what reaaaalllyy piss me off is the little hooks that connects the bands to the machine. There are 3 stages of bands (red, yellow & green) and they decided they will only give you two pairs, so, it's so inconvenient that i had to keep changing them not only the different stages but from the back to the front. I mean if another hook was added, everything can be hooked already before the start of workout, but changing it takes a little bit of time and it takes away the momentum. I mean it's just something that so small but very helpful if was added. In general, i am very disappointed with this machine, but I'm giving 2 stars because maybe im just too big, maybe im not used to it yet, but I'm wait a few more use and I'll decide if I'm going to return but I'm 80% sure i will end up returning it. My other set of resistance bands were much more effective with my work out than this, honestly, but we'll see. I plan on updating my review in a week. Update: 05/04/2020 this review is actually "filtered as sensitive", maybe by the seller, maybe that's why this thing had so much positive reviews bec they flag down the bad ones! This really pissed me off because I rely on reviews and a customer is paying $150 for this thing, this better be good, and its not, at least not for me. I returned the product. I changed my star from 2star to 1star.
