Ends in a cliffhanger!!! Don't buy without knowing that because they don't tell you.
I'm usually a big fan of Kendall Ryan, but this book just misses the mark all around. The characters are weak and the foundation for them doesn't make sense. Dominic is supposedly a 26 year old billionaire who has inherited his father's chain of hotels. Yet he is portrayed in the book as a much older, brooding, seasoned businessman, billionaire and a single dad. He is just too young to live up to the make up of the character. All that just doesn't happen at 26. Also, Presley is supposedly so taken with this "older man" and she is 22. Four years difference, even in the early 20's isn't that big of a gap. Also she is supposedly an award winning 4.0 GPA graduate of Brown University. She sure doesn't act like it. She makes stupid decisions, dumb mistakes and doesn't at all carry and present herself with the confidence that type of graduate would. Overall it's just too unbelievable to really get into the plot. By the end I was so looking forward to the expected and predictable HEA so I could put this one away and lick my wounds for having spent a few bucks on it. But NOOOOO it actually ended in a cliffhanger. Are you kidding me? This story doesn't deserve the digital space allotted to it in book 1 much less a sequel.
