The quality of the product and the sound is top notch. Unfortunately the fit in the ears is so bad. Bose needs to make in between sizes, because the size between the "medium" size "2" ear wings, and the "large" size "3" is huge, so the size 2 fall out, but the large won't even fit in my ears upper ridge. On top of that the ear buds portion should be able to adjust, because the wings might be the right size, but the earbud portion that goes in the ear canal is too large or too small. If they had independently swappable earbud and wing parts, this might work better and have a better fit, but as I'm looking for a good sport headphones for running, these just don't cut it. I had such high hopes for these, as so far I've already tried jabra elite 75t, jaybird vista and Google buds2, and all have failed.
