Good shoe - lousy customer service.
My wife owns a pair, she says they were lots of fun to put on, and after the first month or so breaking them in she found them to be quite comfortable. The only problem - and it's a serious one - is that she found that, after wearing them for 20 weeks, the manufacturer informed us that she was no longer allowed to take them off and was required to wear them all day, every day for the next four months.
