No support
Not sure what the other people giving it 5 stars got, but the pillows I got had next to no support. I thought they felt a little too soft when I first opened one, so I laid down and put my head on it. Instantly went through the pillow right to my mattress. I think I'd get just as much support out of a wet napkin.
