I purchased My Pillow in store somewhere in Jan '16. I loved it.... bragged about it.... Finally, I didn't have to buy a pillow every two months. So I decided to get one for my husband. He desires a very firm and tall pillow. I got the My Pillow premier... followed the instructions and it was 1/2 as tall as mine. I noticed they now have Classic vs Premier. So, I sent it back and got the Classic like mine from January. It still is ... flat. I baked it in the dryer... to no avail. So am sending this back. On top of that I am noticing now how, mine is getting fuller and fuller to the point of being too full (I am am waking up with a sore neck because it is not aligned anymore). I thought my husband would like it because it's so full now. He tried it and is NOT impressed. The only difference is the one I purchased in the store was not all compressed into a little ball. I do wonder if that's a factor. You can see by the photos, to get the new one as full as the old you have to reduce the volume by 1/4. Do not let the look of volume deceive you. As you press down on the NEW one... your hand sinks straight to the other side. The old one is VERY firm... as of only recently ... weird. And the 'old' one does yellow. (no I have not washed it.... I was afraid that it would mess up my perfect pillow, but now that it's exploded in size.. it't no longer perfect, not happy.)
