Don't waste your money! We have a huge, like I mean HUGE problem with fruit flies this year. Literally thousands of them. I vacuum a couple hundred up a day (no joke, it only takes 10 minutes and I actually count). They're everywhere and are starting to become part of our decor. So I broke down and spent $15 for these traps. They didn't do crap. They caught maybe 5 each which is a joke because I'll count like 30 of them just hanging out near the trap going about their business of mating all over the frickin' place. The biggest benefit so far has been my kids have an ongoing bet of who can catch the most which is great for their entertainment except every day they count and it's basically the same 5 (one of them has 8 so "yipee" for him). I am so mad I spent $$ on this junk. We could literally catch more ourselves just walking into a room with our mouths open.
