I almost got electrocuted although I used very carefully. The company denied responsibility, they said it's because I bought it in the US If it was not fit to use outside the US, how come it's sold on AMazon and shipped in another country? How am I supposed to know that? You can see the damage in the photo that it did to my carpet. Plus, I lived in many countries and always use a proper adapter to ensure no problems with the electricity. So to me it looks like a lame excuse and I am pretty sure it would have happened anyway and the product was damaged. Then another thing that is completely a shame, I wrote to them and they took months to respond. Then they told me to contact another department, and then when I got to the other they did the same. That made me lost precious time and now I can't even go through Amazon. Worst product I ever bought online!
