Anyone looking to EAT these tablets please look up side effects before doing so, my plastic surgeon office gave me arnica montana tablets for swelling and pain...i took them before and after surgery...the night after my surgery i broke out all red with bumps and couldnt breathe right like i was allergic...i am highly allergic to ragweed and i have IBS i read you should not take this medication orally if you are allergic to ragweed not to mention im allergic to pineapple (bromeliad family) you are not suppose to eat arnica if you have IBS or any digestive issues...taking to much orally or topically could be fatal if overdosing
