I would say that when this product works, it works really well. The one set back being that the power cord is a mini USB that is far too short. This wasn't too much of an issue for me, since I draw with my computer near by, but for many this could be a major problem. Just shy of three months of using the light pad, I suddenly started having issues with the cord connection. I would have to gingerly maneuver around the light pad as to not bump the cord, leading to an inevitable 10 minutes to readjust the pad for it to work again. Emailing the company about the issue became a total nightmare. I wrote an email asking if there was anything the company could do, not knowing if the product had any kind of warranty. The initial response was extremely rude and demeaning. I sent a response essentially saying to take their poor product and shove it. They quickly apologized, but required me to take a video of the product not working. They took nearly a week to respond. They had to "approve" a replacement order to send to me, but I'd have to pay $12.99 for shipping. From email one I had explained that I purchased to the product on Amazon. I suggest that they just ship to me from their Amazon storefront, to allow for faster and cheaper shipping. They said that this is not an option. I just paid the $12.99 just now to end this nightmare. I can say that after this, I will never purchase a Huion product ever again.
