Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I was looking for a video camera to catch illegal dumpers at my place of business. Saw the ultra camera was coming out soon so I waited till it's release - the add fro the ultra even has a picture of it zooming in on a license plate - clear as can be. I ordered it the day it was released & set it up as soon as I got it. Caught someone dumping at my business & couldn't even see the license plate from less than 25' away let alone read it. I called tech support repeatedly, wasted countless hours & each time was told to try something that did absolutely no good. Other times I was told they would look into it & call me back - they never did. After wasting weeks I was finally told basically that's just how it is. Of course by that time it was too late to return it. Don't buy this POS - waste of time & money. I only give it 1 star because amazon requires it.
