I purchased these over much of their competitors because of the Hearthrough feature. It works quite well - when I'm walking around my neighborhood I can easily hear cars coming up behind me. I definitely recommend the Jabra Sound+ app, because it lets you adjust the volume of the outside noise relative to your music/podcasts. Wind noise with hearthough off is almost non-existent, but there is some wind noise when you have hearthough turned on, which makes sense. These earbuds sound fantastic. I'm pretty picky and I think these are the best I've ever owned. I think they actually favor both treble and bass a bit. I used the app to bump the mids up one notch, and I think they are more accurate now. I'm really happy with the depth and size of the 'room'. They are very crisp and I haven't had any issues with buzzing. You do get the 'thump thump' sound when walking/running, but I think that is unavoidable with any earbud that creates a seal in the ear canal. Overall, these are the best earbuds I've ever owned. The hearthrough feature is awesome and makes me feel much safer when wearing them outside. When it is turned off, they create a good enough seal that they block most noise. I was initially nervous about having earbuds without an ear hook, but wanted to give them a shot because I wear glasses. You just twist these a bit to 'lock' them into your ear canal, and they feel totally secure. Despite my anxieties, I have no fears about them falling out. I haven't done a true test of the battery yet, so I can't speak to that. So far they are still at 100% after a couple hours of continuous use. UPDATE 3/20/20 I had to return these. After the first week or so, the left earbud stopped charging completely. I contacted support and followed the reset instructions and it did not work. After that I did not receive a response. I'm frustrated to have spent so much on these only to not have them work. I'm returning them for the Sony wireless earbuds (and I'm giving the refurbished ones a chance, so I won't be as upset if they don't work). They have similar features and I expect better customer service.
