I've carefully seasoned the pan six times with organic flax seed oil after I did a tons of researches. I also follow all Lodge care instructions each time after cleaning. The non-stick is good after cooking with this cast iron for two weeks. However, every time after paper towel dry the pan, there's always the brown stuff on the paper towel. No matter how many times I tried to clean it, I just can't get ride of that rustic brown stuff. I don't feel safe to use it any more.
