I've not seen that it's foldable. I had to take mine down to completely disassembled like it was when it came. You can't move it from one location to another without it falling apart! I had it in the bathtub because I had some very wet stuff I'd hand washed and they were dripping. I wanted to move it into the hall, about 8 feet once they stopped. It had 4 t-shirts on it that were women's size xs. It had 5 rods come apart trying to move it. I still don't know how one would fold it. Like I said, I took mine completely apart to put it away and since I still have the box, I'm returning it since it's so flimsy and won't stay together if I just move it a few feet. I assume it would fall apart empty. 4 xs t-shirts were nearly weightless when they were half dry! They'd been on there 12 hours! They were sopping wet, but not 12 hours later! No excuse! I abhor shoddy craftsmanship when you charge a price that one expects a working product!
