I am a true size 11 M. I never had to buy half sizes or wide. Ever. That said, these are too small and fit very tight and left me extremely uncomfortable. Additionally, the insoles aren’t even glued down! Pulled them out of the box they had already separated from the bottom of the shoe. There doesn’t seem to be any quality assurance process. Bought 2 pairs and I’m returning both.
