Wanted to try this model due the good reviews. Unfortunately in my experience it isn't measuring up. We have pets including dogs and cats which means we need a device for cleaning up fur and cat litter. The suction of this model even turned on high is lacking for cat litter and the side brushes do a better job of batting the litter around on the floor than collecting it. The hybrid style brush also collects way to much cat hair to be very effective. I spend 10 minutes after each use pulling and cleaning fur out of the brush bristles which is kind of eliminating the point of having a robot to do the sweeping for me. Even on our thin carpets it is lacking the suction to pick up the everyday dirt out of the carpet. After running the cleaner I find an unacceptable amount of dirt left behind by the machine. Unfortunately for me it seems like this is a purchase that will be going back due to lack of performance.
