I honestly don’t know what to think about this Casper pillow from Amazon. It’s one of two things. I either got a used pillow or it’s not a true Casper. First off it came in a square brown box with Casper written on it. Secondly it was in a plastic bag that wasn’t vacuum sealed, it was open on one end. I looked at some of the reviews that provided pictures and theirs were in a round cylinder tube and were vacuum sealed. I reached out to Casper and was informed that this is definitely abnormal and that their pillows do indeed come in a round cylinder tube and are in vacuum sealed plastic. I rolled this one up and put it back in the box and returned it to Amazon. I ordered one directly from Casper and absolutely love it definitely 5 stars! My guess it’s hit or miss on what you’ll get from Amazon so my advise is order directly from Casper.
