HORRIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
Beware: Two out of three of my kids experienced and almost migraine strength headache, sensitive to light and noise, my youngest who is 6 was actually writhing in pain with it. They also had nausea and vomiting after taking these. They have never had headaches like that in their lives. It was awful. If you google Melotonin these are fairly common side effects. Please be careful.
