I bought this item off the TV infomercial. MISTAKE. Every breaded thing I tried to cook stuck to the trays - impossible to wash by hand! If I loaded up all five (even three) trays to dehydrate or fry, nothing cooked evenly. The top tray got brown and crispy while the bottom remained gooey and uncooked. I tried rotating the trays, which ended up taking things twice as long as the oven would have. Definitely not convenient! It's great for heating up leftovers, but any cheap toaster oven or microwave will do the same. VERY DISAPPOINTED! And now, I have to pay shipping to return this piece of crap. NOT happy.
