I'm not someone who normally writes reviews but this product doesn't have many and I want to help other parents who are unsure if to buy. So I purchased this 2 weeks ago and I was initially pleased with it. Attaching to the car was easy and the bar allowed me to hang my 6 month olds favorite toy on it (the included toys didn't interest him for longer than a few minutes). Now it is 2 weeks later and I am extremely upset!!!! I've removed it from my car and I guess it'll go in the trash. After braking at a stop light my son suddenly started crying hysterically and when I pulled over his face was bright red with a bump. Either the toy I attached (Freddie the Firefly) swinged forward and hit him (which I doubt as it's mainly a soft toy) or the green plastic teether or the red plastic flower which hangs from the bar did the same thing. Either way, the bar is completely useless as hanging anything from it is completely unsafe, but it is completely unstimulating without doing so, and the mirror/ teether definitely needs to be replaced with something softer. I tried contacting the company several times to get my $30 back but they are ignoring me so I hope that they will see this and refund my money, and also consider selling such an unsafe toy. Very upset customer!!!!
