I want to love this product. It is highly rated in the backpacking community. It is light and easy to use. BUT I took it out on two overnight trips and it broke on the second night in the field! I didn't do anything. It just came apart. I contacted the seller and they said: "well that's unusual, but there's nothing we can do." You would think if it is so "unusual" they would stand by their product and replace it or at least give me some kind of discount.
