Very buggy tablet so far. I hope Amazon has a patch coming soon. I'd re-rate this if they do because there are many good things like the screen, clarity, size, integration amongst profiles, etc.. However, it's poor when it comes to transitioning back and forth from offline to online and vice versa. Meaning it doesn't clearly show downloaded content when offline. A lot of times the online list comes up but you can't access anything. Also, when off line, some downloaded content wasn't working and kids were getting error that parents need to manage content. There were times when videos couldn't download either with a string internet connection. Books were downloading. Also, in the carousel, I wish it highlighted what type of thing you were going to open.....ie book, app, game, video, etc. When powering off and on, it is starting up as the parents' profile instead of the child's that ward on it last. Last, I can't figure out how to download amazon music either, which you would think would be pretty easy of a feature to have.
