Purchased this grill for use at a seaside community. Wanted stainless steel because other non stainless steel grills only lasted about 2years in this environment. So far I can only comment on the quality and it's cooking ability. It cooks very well. On hi this grill gets over 700 degrees fast. Good for grilling a nice thick steak. On low it gets a little tricky. If you need very low heat I found lightning only one side on low and cook on the other side of the grill. If I need even lower heat I will prop the lid open a bit. It has a wide range of temperatures if you know how to use it. What I don't like about this grill is that it's kind of flimsy. The stainless steel could be a little thicker. So far this is my only down side. As for longevity only time will tell. So far I like it. UPDATE. DO NOT BUY THIS GRILL! All show, no go. Started using this grill the first week of May. It did not last. Used it on weekdays only and now it's falling apart. Both knobs are broken. They turn but the grill doesn't start and if and when it does you can't adjust the flame. It developed a gas leak. I thought it was the tank but after replacing the tank I realized it was the grill. I did buy an extended warranty on this grill, we will see what they can do. Honestly I don't want a replacement. Will update again after dealing with the warranty company. Save your money and your time.
