This was amazing when it worked. It cleaned and disinfected large items like big cutting boards and the baby's tray that don't fit in the dishwasher so much easier than soap and water. We also loved to use it on countertops. Unfortunately, the product only worked as advertised for a couple of months with new batches every few days. At that point, the machine would sometimes start randomly jump around on the countdown timer before eventually erroring. The first few batches like that, we just would try again or throw away. But the problem progressed to the point it was rarely working. None of the troubleshooting such as resetting the device fixed this. At that point, we called customer service and was put in touch with the company's engineer. He said this resulted from a bad batch of vials and that we could fix the issue by adding a second vial if it happened again, and he apologized and sent us a few free vials to make up for this. Using two vials worked for a while, but eventually we kept the device started failing with even two vials. As the frequency with which it errored with even two vials grew more common, my wife and I just became increasingly fatigued with using the device and trying to troubleshoot it and it has been sitting in our cabinets unused for at least 4 months now. I'm not sure what broke with it, but I don't at all believe it was the vials as even the replacement vials and subsequent orders seemed to have this issue. I'm very disappointed by this as I really did like the product when it was working.
