Do not buy this item. It doesn't have a seal for sanitary purposes. All true beauty products have a seal as an FDA rule. If they don't have a seal, it means the product has foreign items like canola oil... whatever it is, it's not true Vitamin E Oil. This was a waste of money and they do not allow returns. There's a reason they don't allow returns, this is a SCAM!!
