This tripod was great at first but then slowly started not being able to hold my camera. The tripod ended up losing all control of holding my camera during a shoot and flipped backwards damaging my $250 lens that I have attached to my camera. This tripod is NOT recommended. Because of these issues I had sent an email to amazon as requested in the item description and included the required information they listed. I then 5 days later get a response email from Efrain S. telling me I did not provide the information that was actually provided in the initial email I had sent. So I sent all the information again. It's been 2 days since and still and have not had a response. So I then jumped on the Amazon chat to get absolutely no where. Finally after getting frustrated, I requested to talk to someone higher up such as a supervisor. This person insisted in trying to help me but after constantly requesting to get someone else to help me, they finally obliged. It's now been 27 mins that I have been waiting for someone to hop on the chat with me. I then decided to call the customer service number to talk to someone because I am now FUMING mad. Ironically the person I was chatting with on the chat, Aditya is the name, just so happens to be the person who answers the phone. I immediately asked to speak with a supervisor and was given guff for that. I explained that i have already been getting jerked around for this issue and I am no longer entertaining the idea of talking with just anyone and want to talk to a supervisor. FINALLY I was able to speak with a member of the escalation team and Alejandro F was absolutely amazing in not only listening to the issue but also correcting it.
