Not an "he" product? I asked if it was and was told "yes." I was given a quote here at Amazon directly from the Ecoegg instructions Q&A, stating this laundry soap was for all laundry machines. Then, surprise! I got my Ecoegg and NO WHERE did it indicate it is for safe for "he" machines! I checked every box panel as well as the instructions. The instructions even further confirmed my search, too. Read on... The instructions state "Don't...use a reduced water setting [he] on your machine -the Ecoegg needs sufficient water to work" & "Make sure your washing machine is set to the minimal amount of water." What is an "he" machine? Surprise! One that purposely uses the minimal amount of water! And...suspiciously, the instructions tell you to buy their ecoegg detoxing product (no word if the detoxing product is "he" safe.") Everyone with an "he" machine knows if the soap/detergent used in the tub is not "he" approved? The machine will start to smell and the machine will soon need repairs. (The instructions do give us an alternative to the ecoegg detox tablets, using white vinegar.) The 1st 4 photos show the instructions with my quotes and the last photo shows the "he" approval logo laundry products for "he" laundry machines may use. Do not use an "he" product? Your machine will need repairs. If I am proven this product is fine for my "he" machine? I will keep it. Otherwise...I am waiting 2 weeks for my being corrected, and then returned the product for my refund.
