Let me start by saying that I really want to like this tv. All my current TV's are Samsung and I used to buy them since the very 1st flat tv model. I guess this was the last one. There are at least 2 serious issues with Samsung UNXXRU7100FXZA (screen sixe doesn't matter) that I am aware of: 1) despite been able to work on both WiFi frequencies 2.4 and 5GHZ this TV won't connect to 5 GHZ. While for me this wasn't a deal breaker but clearly disappointment...my 4 years old Samsung tv easily get connected to 5 GHZ. The 2nd issue is a major one: after 2 weeks this tv started to disconnect from the WiFi. All other gadgets connected to the same WiFi are fine...but not this Samsung tv. The workaround is quick- disconnect tv from the power )turning tv OFF on the remote won't help!). However this happens now daily, annoying to say the list. I checked Samsung's software but it shows that the one I have it is the latest one. Checking on the web I found tons of exactly the same concerns...means Samsung is well aware of the problem but chose to ignore. That's how much they care...(don't!) So if you are using this tv primarily to watch cable/satelite/antenna tv- it won't be a problem. However if you expect to stream or use internet tv- you will get a problem with this Samsung TV.
