I tried to use this for under cabinet lighting. They worked for a few days, but then I had to keep changing the batteries out and there is just myself at home during the day and then my husband late at night, so it's not like they should have been on that much. Now putting in a fresh set of batteries (4 AAA), 2 of them don't work at all and 1 only stays dimly lit. I bought other battery ones that have a timer and a switch (not a sensor) to replace these lights that are junk; they didn't even last 2 months!
