Bought this item due to the amount of positive reviews here on Amazon, but it was a big disappointment. Installed everything according to the instruction, hand tightened everything and did not need to use plumber's tape because nothing leaked. Then on first use (right after I finished installing), the tube that connects to the showerhead handle burst and water started coming out from the tube. I used maybe for 5 mins before that happened. See picture. This is going back on Monday.
