At first I thought that the opener was great. Smooth mechanism and appeared to be well made. The silver shaft that keeps the mechanism in place started coming out of its hold causing the opener to not work (see photo). I would pound it back in, but it keeps coming out. Returning it and would not want another one. Too bad as I really thought that this was the one.
