Where do I start, I know at the beginning. The instructions were very vague. The entire system is very cheaply made. I could tell upon completing the assembly that this shoe shelf would not last. The shelf divider clips are very flimsy, the entire system started to lean. Three days after the build it all came crashing down. I live in NC, the collapse was not due to and earthquake. It’s complements of a cheaply made product that should be pulled.
