When I initially got this product, I wasn't able to set it up because of my desk itself, but after several months I finally got around to working around that. Turns out, it was a shame I didn't look closer, because this product isn't even what I ordered. Fort starts, there's no branding what so ever, unlike what you see on the VIVO images. Secondly, the plates aren't even remotely similar. The image shows smoothed, stylish even plates. This product has straight up squares that you see from every generic brand on Amazon. Already, you can tell that this product didn't deliver what was supposed to, but these aren't even the issues. The issue is that the arms aren't the same length. I chose this model because each arm can move, and the pivot points are at about halfway through, so it allows for good personalization. On this model, there are two pivot points, and both are right at the end, so you can barely customize how you actually have the monitors setup. If this was the product I actually ordered, things would be great, but it's not even remotely similar. The features I paid for aren't even here, nor did I get the brand I paid money for. I'd send it back, but sadly, it's way too late to return the product through amazon, and after installing this cheap knock-off, my hand is bleeding somewhat, so I don't plan to box it up anyways. Judging from the reviews and how many happy people there are, I just got unlucky, but the fact it happened at all is awful, and now I'm stuck with it and I'm out my money. Stay. Away. From. This.
