This isn't packed very tightly and so it doesn't really have that much more bedding than the other brand that we have been using, which is stupidly expensive. you probably all know the one I mean. I bought this hoping to find a better deal with the same results because paying 25 or 30 bucks for a bunch of paper is really asinine. But this let me down, so I had to go back to the expensive bedding for now. This bedding does not prevent the stink as well as the other brand and it doesn't keep the cage clean as long, so you end up using more than you would with the other brand. Because I ended up using more of this, because it was loosely packed, because I had to change the cage more frequently, this really was not a good deal at all. It ended up costing the same or maybe more (I'm not motivated enough to figure that out), and the cage smelled like pee the whole time. So, I will keep using the other ridiculously-priced brand until I can find a real solution. Hey, if anyone has a better solution, I'd love to hear it.
