This trimmer - and I've bought many hundreds of dollars' worth of DeWalt tools and never had a problem before - is utterly useless. Whenever I try to use it the string immediately wraps around the base of the cassette, as shown. I've only just started using it after buying in August, unfortunately, otherwise Amazon would get it straight back. November 3 update - it's still completely useless, worse than the cheap forty dollar one that I (unfortunately) gave away before getting this. The string simply will not feed and ends up about two inches long. Don't buy this!
